What CorpiXo is

CorpiXo is a Georgian LLC, contracting internationally. This policy covers corpixo.com and the contact form on it — the only place this site collects information directly from visitors.

Information we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company (if provided), message, engagement interest, and timeline. Alongside that, we record your browser's user-agent string and your country — derived from Cloudflare's network-level data, not from your IP address. We do not store your IP address; it is used only in the moment, to apply a rate limit and verify you're not a bot, and is discarded afterward.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a person rather than automated spam. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser and device as part of that check — see Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it handles that.

Beyond the contact form, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic data. It does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and cannot be used to track you across other websites.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to scope and deliver that work. We don't use it for marketing emails you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where it's processed

This site runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Contact form submissions are written to Cloudflare D1 (a database) and delivered to CorpiXo's inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare acts as infrastructure here, under its own terms — it doesn't independently use the content of your message for its own purposes.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located — for example, under GDPR in the European Economic Area, or CCPA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, reach out through the contact form.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design, which is also why there's no cookie consent banner here — there's nothing to consent to.

Children's privacy

This site and CorpiXo's services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
